SPECIAL: Whit Bissell Retrospective

What can be said about Whit Bissell? He’s been in some of the greatest films ever made. He had amassed decades of movie and television credits. You’ve seen his face many, many times. Whatever you’re watching, he’s probably in there. Somewhere. Somewhere in the back, maybe? Look carefully. Wait… there he is! And to be sure, Matt and Jason have gotten out their manly magnifying glasses in this Terror Transmission special retrospective on the man himself. Check in for actor background, filmography highlights, movie clips and the usual booze-drenched hilarity you’ve come to expect from two men who are unjustly loose in the general population.

Including clips from: Destination Tokyo | He Walked By Night | The Lost Continent | Creature from the Black Lagoon | Target Earth | Invasion of the Body Snatchers | I Was A Teenage Werewolf | Monster on the Campus | The Time Machine | The Outer Limits: Nightmare | Soylent Green | Psychic Killer

  1. Interesting to note that Bissell played Dr. Frankenstein as an amoral sociopath before Cushing did.

  2. I’m listening to this for the third time. A wonderful homage to a talent of Arnessian proportions.
